Easy to use Grill with first-rate Cooking Capabilities : Cuisinart CGG-200 All-Foods 12,000-BTU Tabletop Propane Gas Grill

If you are planning to use small propane cans with this grill then its Ok and it works fine. However, I bought extended hose made by Cuisinart specially designed to use this grill with 20lb propane gas tank. After connecting this hose to the grill and 20lb propane tank ( I tried 2 of these tanks) I could not get high flame or sufficient heat to Bbq at all - temperature was 250F with 30 minutes waiting before I shut it off. I guess its because small propane cans are under a high pressure and 20lb propane exchangeable tanks are under low pressure. If this is a case than Cuisinart should stop adversing it so habitancy will not waste money on exchangeable 20lb propane tanks and $25 for the useless conversion hose. I left a voice mail with customer aid but no one called me back yet.

I love this thing! : Cuisinart CGG-180T Petit Gourmet Portable Tabletop Gas Grill

We purchased the Cuisinart Tabletop Grill for Father's Day and were very excited by all of the raving reviews of how easy and convenient this expedient is for small grilling endeavors. What a excellent gift!

Well, not really. The stand advertised with the grill did not fit the grill itself, and so we fast decided that we would need to form out a separate way to set up the grill and that we would just return the stand. We decided to just try to use the grill anyway, and after performing all of the standard steps, the grill wouldn't light. Despite a full propane tank, no gas would come straight through the machine. After calling the 1-800 estimate for Cuisinart, we were told that they would send us a change regulator (a piece that we would then have to deconstruct the grill and reinstall ourselves, thereby having to control on a brand new product). The point of this grill is that it is easy, quick, convenient and ready to use. The fact that neither of these products worked as we had planned and that the customer aid at CuisinArt were so quick to call it an equipment error tells us that they have more trouble than just our one faulty machine.

I would not suggest this product if you are planning on well using it because, frankly, it didn't work.
